Troy Farlow to challenge state Del. Rapp for seat

A York County Democrat has filed paperwork with the State Board of Elections to challenge incumbent state Del. Melanie Rapp, R-York, this fall.

Troy Farlow was born on the Eastern Shore but now lives in the Queens Lake section of York. He has a degree in accounting and an investment banking background. Farlow briefly ran for the 2nd congressional district seat last year against Rep. Thelma Drake, but dropped out.
